"Missing One Piece, So I Can't..."
You didn’t include both pieces, so I’m not sure if they really function. Sorry, I did order both; I was under the impression that I would get them.

"These insoles have made me so happy!"
I’m really thrilled with these insoles; they’re just fantastic. What a brilliant idea! My feet feel way better since I’m on my feet for 12-hour shifts as a carer. I’ve had toe fusion, a knee replacement, and plantar fasciitis all on the same leg. Huge thanks! I’d definitely suggest them to anyone. - Linda

"Relief for Feet and Back Pain"
I stuck to the guidelines of wearing them for an hour during the first few days and gradually increased the duration each day. It was a tad uncomfortable initially, but now it’s super comfy. My feet don’t ache as much, and my back feels way better.

I’m really happy with what I got. The discomfort in my feet has disappeared, and I can tell my posture is getting better. I just wish I had tried this sooner.

"Awesome product and service"
Awesome product and service - felt a bit uncomfortable initially, which was expected, but the guidance on how to ease into using it was really helpful - I've only been using it for a few days, and my heels, feet, and joints are already feeling less sore and stronger.

"Bought this item a couple of weeks back..."
I got this item a couple of weeks back. It felt pretty comfy. Still too soon to tell how it’s aiding my feet. Gonna take some time to see if it eases my back pain!!! Looking back, it’s a solid product. 👍

"Fantastic Relief"
Fantastic relief! I've been dealing with awful knee pain, arthritis, and nonstop inflammation around the clock. After using these insoles for about a week, I can say that 95% of the discomfort has disappeared.

"Not quite my cup of tea"
I really don’t feel like these are the right fit for me. I gave them a shot, wearing them for an hour at home and then taking small strolls outside. At first, they felt alright, but after a bit, my feet started to feel uncomfortable. I picked up some cushions, but they just shifted around while I walked. I keep trying to use them on and off, but I reckon they just aren’t suited for my feet. They’re well constructed, and I genuinely hoped they’d be a good match, but sadly, they just didn’t work out.

"Not Suitable for Shoes"
These don't work well with my shoes; the only pair I can wear them with are my winter boots. When I try them on with shoes, my feet sit too high, and I can't get them fastened. Kinda bummed out since they weren't exactly cheap.

"Great Customer Support"
I ran into some issues while trying to place my order since the total didn’t match the advertised price. However, I got quick responses to my emails and they adjusted the price in my cart. Plus, the items showed up about 40 hours after I placed the order. As for the product, getting accustomed to Walkfit is still a journey. Figuring out the right shoes to use with them is turning out to be trickier than I thought, but I’m confident they’ll ease my foot pain once I find the perfect fit.

"Customer Support Experience"
I ran into a bit of an issue at first with the wrong size being sent my way. The way they’ve handled the situation has been super helpful. Today, I sent back the insoles that didn’t fit right and I’m crossing my fingers to receive the correct ones in about a week. The service I got while sorting this out was really friendly.

At this point, I'm not handing out any stars since I'm still figuring out how to use my Walkfit. I think I’ll update you later on this. They feel a bit uncomfortable right now; perhaps I haven't positioned them correctly. I’ll keep at it.

"Fantastic Item That Truly Delivers"
Initially, I thought they were pretty uncomfortable and wasn’t sure they’d be effective for me. I adhered to the guidelines on how many hours a day to wear them, and gradually, they became much more comfortable. Now, I can wear them all day long. No question about it, they’ve really helped me walk better and longer without pain in my left ankle and right knee, and I’m almost back to my normal walking. I’m really impressed and would absolutely recommend them, but just take your time and stick to the instructions.

"Walkfit Platinum Insoles"
My first order got ‘lost in transit’. Customer service was quick to respond and sent out a replacement right away. Awesome! This is my second pair of Walkfit Platinum Orthotic insoles, and they’ve truly changed the game for my over pronating feet. I use them in my walking boot and sports trainers. So glad I found these!

"Definitely a great choice"
Definitely a great choice. I got myself a pair of walk fit insoles and they've been amazing. The discomfort in my foot/heel vanishes when I put them on, and they feel super comfy in my shoes or boots. I can really tell the difference if I skip wearing them.
